Cashback is calculated per platform on confirmed monthly spend. Some networks carry a higher rebate than others, so your blended rate depends on your mix as well as your volume.
Choose credit against your next top-up or a direct payout. Credit is applied automatically on the first of the month; payouts are issued within five business days of the statement.
Your ledger shows every top-up, every dollar of confirmed spend, the rate applied and the resulting rebate. Nothing is estimated and nothing is netted off quietly.
Refunded spend, spend on suspended accounts that is later returned, and any credit issued as goodwill are excluded from the cashback calculation.
