Privacy Policy

Falcon Click supplies advertising accounts and related services to businesses. This policy explains what personal and business information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we are

Falcon Click is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at sales@falconclick.com or through the contact form on this site for any privacy question, request or complaint.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to open accounts on your behalf, bill you correctly and support your campaigns.

  • Identity and contact data: name, business email, phone, messaging handles such as Telegram.
  • Business data: company name, registration details, billing address, tax identifiers and, where a platform requires it, verification documents.
  • Commercial data: platforms requested, verticals, target GEOs, spend volumes, top-up history and cashback balances.
  • Campaign data: landing page URLs, creative assets and tracking parameters you submit for compliance pre-review.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed on this website.
  • Communications: emails, chat messages and call notes exchanged with your operator.

3. Why we use it

Each purpose below has a legal basis: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, or your consent where we ask for it.

  • Opening, funding and maintaining ad accounts with advertising platforms.
  • Running compliance pre-review on your creatives and landing pages.
  • Invoicing, cashback calculation and payment processing.
  • Fraud prevention, sanctions screening and platform policy enforcement.
  • Support, account management and service notifications.
  • Marketing our own services, which you can opt out of at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share only what is necessary, and only with parties that need it to deliver the service.

  • Advertising platforms and their agency partners, to open and maintain the accounts you request.
  • Payment processors and banks, to take top-ups and issue cashback.
  • Infrastructure providers for hosting, email, analytics and support ticketing.
  • Professional advisers and regulators where we are legally required to disclose.

5. International transfers

Our platform partners and suppliers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where data leaves the EEA or UK we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, together with technical safeguards such as encryption in transit and at rest.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses strictly necessary cookies to function, and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are optional and you can refuse or clear them in your browser at any time without losing access to the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on our own website.

7. How long we keep data

Account and billing records are kept for the life of the relationship plus seven years, to meet tax and accounting obligations. Compliance review material is kept for two years, because platforms can raise historic policy questions. Marketing contact data is deleted within twelve months of your last interaction or immediately on request. Website analytics data is retained for fourteen months.

8. Security

Access to client data is restricted to the operators assigned to your account and the finance team. We enforce multi-factor authentication on all internal systems, encrypt data in transit and at rest, log administrative access, and review permissions quarterly. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you are based you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent. Write to sales@falconclick.com and we will respond within thirty days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

Our services are business-to-business and are not directed at anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are communicated to active clients by email before they take effect.
